HEALTH WORKFORCE NZ (HWNZ) Hauora Māori Training Fund 2017

If you would like to commence study in 2017 - in semester 1 or 2, please apply now.

We are pleased to announce the opportunity for people who work in the non-regulated Māori health and disability workforce to apply for funding to obtain a formal qualification.

The qualification must be relevant to your job or future health goals in providing health and disability services to Māori. 

  • To qualify you must be employed by the BOPDHB or a Ministry of Health funded organisation such as one of the Māori Providers, other NGO providers, a Public Health Organisation, an aged-care facility or hospice, among others.
  • We are accepting all applications for anyone who wishes to study full or part-time for undergraduate courses that are 1-2 years duration.

Closing date for HWNZ Hauora Māori Training applications is 4.00pm Sunday 20 November 2016.

Conditions do apply so please check the criteria and complete your application form in full as soon as possible.
